I grew up in a family restaurant and always had a passion for great food and great conversation.  Several years back my father (Dusty) and I had a casual chat about opening a "mom & pop" style cafe.  "All American done well" he said,  "Nothing fancy just good food with good ingredients".

Several years ago we lost Dusty to cancer.  The cafe was a dream then, something we'd lost sight of along the way.  Recently I left my career as a head chef here in Port Townsend and decided that now is the time!  This time in the kitchen, dad will be here in spirit as my two children help me carry on our dream. Here's to you dad!
